Forced into early retirement, Knight Rusty is looking for a new job. In the basement of his castle he meets a ghost who shows him the unfinished work of his father, an inventor in Scrapland’s former days. When power crazed police chiefs take over the country, Rusty finally accepts that he must do what he is created for: Protect Scrapland and complete his Father’s vision.
